I like how as the series goes on, Mewtwo progressively tries to get farther away from humanity as possible. In the R/B/G/Y/FR/LG & HG/SS he's in Cerulean Cave to be left alone. In X & Y he goes off to a foreign country's cave to hide. In USUM he goes into an entirely different dimension.

Sad news is, Mewtwo was much stronger as an enemy in the wild before EVs/IVs kicked in. Red/Blue Mewtwo was quite a bit tougher. Legendary catching these days is only interesting for me with Beast Balls on Non-Ultra Beasts as it's a cakewalk otherwise, even with Pokeballs. I think they should fix that for the Elite Four + Legendaries with varying difficulties - even if it's only for the fight itself.

That's the game's way of telling you that there wasn't a single Pokeball shake on your attempted catch. Unless the Pokemon's asleep or frozen, if the ball shakes, the catch is guaranteed. Sleep or Freeze give a flat increase in rate enough to the point there'll be a guaranteed single shake, so sleep the target, weaken them to 1/3 or below and chuck balls until caught.

It doesn't even have its own encounter music, sprite looks pretty normal (Not bad, but as I said, not final boss-looking) and he wasn't even as strong outside of level. Luke Bowling well some ultra spaces are different dimensions, like for example the main villains of every game was summoned into usum but where they originally came from they won their fight because the player character of that dimension never existed, so yes there are multiple team rockets that made multiple mewtwos. Mewtwo is and always will be the only pokemon deserving of the masterball ball. Every game where he is available to catch, I use my masterball on him. While the other legendaries get the lesser balls. Mewtwo in one eat or another stays on my team along with charizard in Every game while the other pokemon get rotated randomly to my liking.

Funny yet depressing story, I recently played a run through of Pokémon yellow on my computer and after like 2 days I beat the game, you know had Blastoise, Venasaur, Charizard, Pikachu, Pidgeot, and Nidoking. Swapt 3 out for the legendary birds for the Elite 4 and beat the league my 1st try no problem, knowing the next step was to catch Mewto. Well the way this power save worked was I could save anywhere like If you play Skyrim and can save at any point and you can load the file and pick up where you left off. I saved once I beat the league so what happened was when you beat the league like how you go through the credits and back to the main loading screen it was considered me being out of the file so I was stuck in a file loop and could never continue on from beating the elite 4, so I could never catch mewto on the computer and had to end my adventure there.

Cody Fox u need to talk to a person in the game and from there the person that you were talking to will no longer says someones pc only a true pokefan would know this by now

Dj Lopez a true Pokemon fan would've known that you can bypass Bill's House completely by trading from another version where a Pokemon already knows cut. It isn't that hard and it's neither a "cheat" nor a "hack", since you're able to use cut after beating Misty, which you can already beat before going to Bill's House.
