Kuros Tizrak. She committed unspeakable crimes and as a result, was sentenced to fight in the Death Duels until her death. Killing is all she knows, and nature has equipped her with the right tools for the job. Whatever you do, don't retreat from her. Her sick mind makes her fall in love with every opponent she faces, and she will go berserk and aggressively attack what she sees as a fleeing lover.

Oh my word, I totally remember this game! How did I forget it so easily?

Can you imagine a port of this making it to the Snes in '92? You would press start and the girl would appear stiff as a board and she would say "Good luck guys!" Then the contestants would start and right after you fired your first shot a big black bar would cover your enemies bloody stumps with the words "censored" across the screen. When you win your enemy would shake your hand and say good game. The game over screen would have you in a hospital with all of the other contestants visiting you with flowers and a get well card. The ending credits would be about world peace with Senator Liberman and Howard Lincoln riding across a sunset riding a pink unicorn. ;)

Once you learn the weak points and use the right ammo types (hint: Skimmers) it's not too hard to beat with practice. You can also save some money by trying to Exit the first shop repeatedly without buying anything. Each time you try and do this, the item on discount changes. It only works in the first shop though.
