I think the best is DS, I don't really understand why everyone like 64 so much, I always found it a bit dull and oversaturated with thwomp. The Wii one has a good middle-end section but the beginning is just really uninteresting and it is most of the track. 8 is cool but a bit too short and linear for bowser castle standards.

I do like 7, has a nice track with it and has some cool parts in it. Also the look of it with the green glass does look really cool, due to how the lighting is like in bcp it would be interesting to see if it makes it in which there is somewhat of a chance

Bowser Castle courses are fun. Looking back at original, kind of wished the background would be more ominous; it looked more like a ruin than a castle. The one in 64 always very nostalgic, and I love how you can actually DESTROY Thwomps, something Nintendo never repeated. DD is creepy whenever you get hit, and Super Circuit went overboard with the courses. MK8, like the music, but the course don't feel too special.

I really like the middle-end section with the huge bowser status followed by the spiral, but the rest of the castle feels really samy and predictable, to the point where a lot of time I wonder in which part of the castle I am. Plus I don't like the colour palet, purple and white is a very cold colour palet for the castle of a fire tortule with lava geiser. I personally prefer bowser castel 4, DS and 3DS over it

GBA Bowser's Castle 3 is super rad, and MK64's Bowser Castle will always be iconic, but MKWii's and MK7's are truly the exceptional tracks. They took it to a whole nother level in my opinion.

All of them are some of the best in their respective entry. But personal fav had to go to MK64 for nostalgia alone. MKWii's version of the same track is also about as faithful a recreation as it gets, so that one's good too. DS version is also underrated imo. Worst ones are any of the SNES/GBA ones. In general I feel those tracks (and the games themselves) have not aged well, notably due to the lack of proper 3D rendering on their respective hardware. Some of the backgrounds on GBA looked cool though.

JakesterBoss 300 the first game had multiple of every level except rainbow road. There were 4 Mario circuits, 3 donut Plains, 3 ghost Valleys, 3 Bowser castles, 2 Choco islands, 2 koopa beaches, and 2 vanilla lakes. the final level is rainbow road which is the only singular one.
