I'm so glad that people are revisiting the Mario Mash-Up pack after so long. This pack had been one of my favorites since 2018. And to this very day, the developers are still updating the Mario Mash-Up pack. That goes to show that this pack still remains alive, even after all these years later. Sidenote: the Wiggler Sniffers look so adorable!

One thing foxes have another color in mash-up if you put a block of snow and they're white and that's reference to the invincible tanooki mario

Foxes are white if they're in a snow biome, not if there's a block of snow below where they spawn

There are actually good reasons as to why some mobs or items are textured the way they are. Only to name a few, zombies are hammer bros, because swords are textured to look like hammers, and zombies sometimes spawn with it. Goombas are chickens, because they are most likely to be killed. Slimes are thwomps because slimes jump upwards and fall down, like how thwomps move up and down, drowned are mummies from SMO's Sand Kingdom, because drowned can walk on land at night, like mummies, and Hoes are magikoopa/Kamek's wand(s) because they "magically" transform dirt and grass into farmland.

Thwomp as Slime is also very fitting considering Thowmps attempt to crush Mario and the Slimes hopping around is somewhat similar to trying to crush the player They resemble a smaller version of Thwomps that appear in Super Mario World known as Thwimps Also nice a BFDI fan

If they could remove the golems legs they should have been able to remove or change the enderman's arms. I love that they're referencing Yoshi's Island in this but that kind of ruins it. It's like an AI mistake for him to have stilts on his legs and then also be holding an additional pair of stilts for no reason.

This is the first time I've seen a lot of these online. I remember logging in the Mashup pack to see if things were updated and being shocked with certain mobs and items. It's like a pocket of the Mario universe you never see get talked about.

No reference, a few mobs only have a generic texture that doesn't reference anything from Mario and are only texture to fit with the mashup pack. They are Pig, Horse, Donkey, Mule, Polar Bear, Llama and Camel
