I think the most important news from this earning is they achieved positive free cash flow (FCF). It means the company generate cash after paying operating expenses and capital expendictures. If they continue to maintain positive FCF, profitability will be the next goal.

Used 5 year old EV scenario - Would you rather buy a: option A. 5 year old Tesla, BYOD, Xiami with a 5 year old battery, with 5 year old tech at 80% power or option B. 5 year old NIO, but with a brand New battery and new battery tech at 100% power, with est. of 35%-50% more range than option 1. Now imagine a 10 year resale scenario and a 15 year. Fixed battery EV vehicles will have no resale value once battery swap becomes mainstream.

Originally when Nio launched Onvo per car profit margin is 20%, right now it is single digit, what is missing, can't deliver or too much competing. or because Xiaomi and Xpev quickly flush the new products. right now there are a lot of $150k car on the market, when Firefly is ready next year, will Onvo L60 or Firefly still have any profit margin as they claimed now?

NIO now reverse negative to up 1% now to 4.67 much better than yesterday XPEV after earning drop 4-5%.
