Does life recovery (purification) and anima (purification) pertain to the yokai realm clearing, or is it the purity damage you do? Then would barrier talismans help to activate it?

hello yes i use it for mainly the soul purge talisman to help rebuild fam faster.

One question pls someone needs to answer . If I have elemental weapon damage + % do I have the damage bonus if I use just my glaive that has got water on it or do I have to use a omnyo magic to have a element on my weapon to get the damage bonus ?

Elemental weapon damage+ only affect onmyo magic elemental talisman and soul cores ability (oni bis), weapons with imbued element wont be affected
