this is a great method to be honest. alternatively, if you are in mid to late game, you can also farm on the daidara bocchi boss in the high spirited demon. bring it down to almost dead and return to shrine. rinse n repeat till desired.

What's the difference between grinding this instead of just play normally? It all you want is to grind then there are better missions for that... In Area 4 there is a side mission you just jump in and slash. No need to run at all

Yes. From my inventory white wooden weps lv 155 have Proficiency bonus 56.7%, but you can get it when complete dojo quest.

Maybe your proficiency is too high. On my run, I get 5000 per round in average
