It's a completely different thing. In Nioh 2 everything has a pattern. If you learn all the moves and how to counter them, then with enough practice it won't be too hard. You can fight the boss again and again then eventually you will be able to counter all it's attacks. Esports or pvp in general is more about quick reaction. You won't find a pattern in players. There's no way to tell what exactly the opponent is going to do until it happens, and there are too many variables so you have to decide what to do in a very short time. That's why even in pvp games like call of duty, your skill in vs bots won't translate into the actual pvp

@@Gellot In their Game of the Year update a month or so ago, they added 3 boss gauntlets called "Gauntlets of Strength" that you can access from the Sculptor's Idol (the checkpoints), and at the end of each gauntlet is a harder version of one of the bosses that have new attacks and other tweaks. These fights are Inner Genichiro, Inner Ishiin, and Inner Father. You need to have beaten every boss in a single file to access all 3 gauntlets. There's also a 4th gauntlet that's just every boss in the game besides Folding Screen Monkeys and Divine Dragon that's unlocked after beating the first 3. They also added "Reflections of Strength" which allow you to fight any boss you've beaten again from the Sculptor's Idol. Though you don't need to beat the inner fights to unlock their reflections, you just need to reach them.

A little over a year and a half they give you a boss rush mode and some skins?which is free because it's not worth ANYTHING!🙄 Nothing more than anti consumer garbage from Fromsoft to keep the price of the game increased

Use scrolls to sneak try to get the enhancement that brings additional help then go in took me 2 days of grinding then after it's +5 you'll unlock the nioh mask red after you beat 108 and after the +5 you'll get the blue one

Because these types of games break the mold in gaming....Nioh 2 for the ps4 generation had the BEST melee combat system in comparison to every other game released the same generation. You don't have to be a soul player btw because Monster hunter predates the souls series.....which objectively requires more skill than souls. Guess what...when Monster hunter world came out guess what the critics called that game? A souls clone...... when in actuality it's the other way around. If monster hunter consistently released Console games on a worldwide basis this would be the case because with Monster hunter world....everyone plays that game. It sold like 15-20 million copies? Dark souls doesn't come close even tho it saw the western demographic first. Nobody really knew about MHWorld and it took the gaming industry by storm with ease.

Even in Japan Monster hunter in general as a series is in terms of Popularity like Call of duty down there. So it's easy to see where the Inspiration came from in the Souls games. this is probably DotS with level 160/170+xx. You aren't supposed to deal this much damage in DotS. Prove me otherwise. (Yes, I didn't watch the entire video coz it is no point. You dealt 3%-5% HP per single quick attack, that's not possible unless you used weapons from DotW and DotN)
