Answer💗 I use physical sun protection along with sunscreen. I cover my face with duppatta and wear dark sunglasses whenever I go out . And always try to wear full sleeves clothes and shoes .

Answer - yes. I use UPF50+ hand gloves after sunscreen. Always wear shocks and either sneakers or boots on top of it. And full sleeve clothing always.
