Serene surroundings, Tranquil waters, Peaceful visuals, Calming sound of the flowing water and Heart melting vocals, a perfect way to leave all worries and experience bliss. I am impressed by this performance of yours, and first time heard you sing a thumri. A beautiful composition indeed. The oscillating sound of the tanpura makes the piece even more scintillating add to it beauty. The cinematography is perfect and gives an enjoyable experience to the eyes along with ears and soul. The choice of doing solo vocals completely won me over as I was able to indulge in the music of the nature, the swiftly moving river, the treble of the chirping birds blended in the atmosphere which created a harmony with your voice. I feel elated and soothed at the same time after listening to this melodious rendition. Thank you for enabling me to experience bliss through your captivating performance. This deeply touched my heart and I will definitely come back indulge in such grand and enthralling experience. Although I do not much about this raga and composition, I wrote what I felt through it. I hope to be able to listen such renditions in the future as well. Loved it to the fullest. @Ankit thanks for reaching out. There are too many issues with getting visit visas for a team of music lovers with Pakistani origin. We've been contacted by several Indians in the past who have wanted to do a similar project of discovering musicians in India. However nothing has actually come of it as yet. In reality I suspect there must be hundreds of capable Indian vocalists waiting in the shadows in places like Amtritsar, Lucknow, Gwalior, Rampur, Badauni, Varanasi and Kolkata just to name a few.
