nirvana's popularity in latin america really surprised me, i never thought it would've been much popular outside of america/english countries, but apparently nirvana's top 4 most played cities are mexico city, london, and sau palo, and santiago, so you could almost say that it's even more popular in mexico and south america than it is in north america.

As grunge "fashion" started as a counter-culture to punk's rebelliousness and ended up being just normal clothes, but with a sense of elegance and authenticity, your singer's style has the same relation to Kurt's style - really harmonical (which is the classical style of singing) as opposed to offtune, raw and raspy, yet definitely has lots of soul and inspiration, especially at the end :p. That's why I love this cover Bravo to the singer! P.s. i know kurt sang properly too, and offtune is a stylization, not a mistake but I saw this connection

@StevenAroca-nb9js Tenía 14 años en ese momento. Fuimos con un amigo desde Plaza Las Heras en el 108. Llegamos bien temprano y desde la previa ya había gente muy intensa que fueron levantando la tela plástica que cubría el pasto de la cancha y armaban rondas de varias personas y una persona sobre la tela usandola cómo si fuera una cama elástica. Recuerdo ver personas volando por el aire en varios sectores. Los Brujos todo bien y a Calamity Jane les tiraban objetos, pierdas hasta que lo suspendieron y se terminaron yendo. Por eso Nirvana con toda la calentura que tenía Kurt tocaron apenas 55 minutos y se fueron. Buscá el show que está acá en KZbin. 🪽🙌🏻😌
