Very true. Its not like some audience video is going to take MTVS money away. You don't see all the Nirvana fans rushing out to the net to buy bootlegs over MTV unplugged, or nevermind, In utero, and other albums. True albums will support the band by buying their records. And yeah the more the you buy you actually fund the next NIRVANA or any band release when you BUY official merchandise/ records.

the first impression to me about this rehearsel video, its that the angles and takes were on scheme maybe to be used for commercial or documental porpuses. i mean, for which i expect ofr a rehearsal vid. is more like a bootleg, or static takes. i hope someday that a complete dvd from this presentation could be released.

I have every official album release Nirvana put out. Even a few singles and EP's. Of course I buy albums by all my favorite bands. First I do download them to preview them. Bootlegs are the only thing I DO NOT PURCHASE since it doesn't benefit the band or record company.

You know what I love about this video? It dispels a lot of the Cobain dogma that has existed for 20 years since his death about how he didn't care etc. Here you have the leader of the band dictating how he wants his song to sound and how he wants it to sound good live. Very different from some smacked out grunge god who didn't give a shit about anything..he did actually. All part of the Cobain dichotomy.
