Do you have the stock speakers in those Marshall cabs or have they been modded with normal bass drivers?

Stock. But thats for my guitar. I just stacked all my stuff into 1 convenient pile. This is into the ampeg head. Then xlr out the D.I. into an interface

andyg3 Ah, I thought you were running the bass through it! Also, in regards to you saying that you thought the tone was too midrangey for Nirvana, I’d cut 600hz rather than boost it, and boost 2k rather than cutting it. I’ve got an RD artist myself and I find that gets me kinda close to Krist’s live tone. Anyway, good covers bossman, nice to have you uploading again!

@@User-jk8wq cheers ill have a play around later. It sounded alot better coming out my speakers. But hey ho. Iv got a ampeg 115 cab i tried to mic up under the marshall, but i cant have it loud enough without annoying people, to sound decent. Shame as a cab sounds better than DI

@@edw670 i will some time, but i dont have any where nice to record , my bedroom is full of stuff for various things, and each track takes several take to get it spot on. its alot of work
