I lived in Seattle when grunge took over, and absolutely loved Kurt Cobain. It feels like several lifetimes ago, yet these younger people are just now discovering it. It's the weirdest feeling to see them enjoy what was a big part of our lives back then, especially in Seattle. As for the pain, Kurt was constantly in pain. Not just emotionally, but also physically.

It was 6 am and i hadn't slept a wink all night, so I decided to pull up the playlist of this particular concert and try to fall asleep to that.
