Great video. I was thought to put the safety chains under the toe bar. Reason being, if the toe bar fails for any reason, the safety chains will “catch” the toe bar and it will not be dragged on the road.

Very informative! I had no idea all non commercial vehicles couldn't be towed four tires flat down. I like the idea of the lighter safety cables vs the heavier saftey chains.
