I have just given up my dependency on cannabis after 20 years of having this as a crutch. I have managed to work through my childhood trauma as the result of receiving unconditional love from a woman. I am dealing with my nightmares again and this can be hard. I wake up feeling exhausted and weak. This is helping me find peace after the suffering. Thank you for your work in this world, it helps many. Blessings from the land of the long white cloud ❤

‘No attributes’ means, beyond being able to be pinned down by concepts, definitions, labels, etc; indescribable, ineffable… It’s not a ‘thing’ you can ‘see’ or get a hold of, not objectifiable in any way, yet, it can be known/experienced directly, through insight/wisdom. And that direct knowing is unequivocal knowing you are That (though the you is not the you that you may have thought you were 😅).
