Don’t take it personally but I cooked without Thai leaf and Thai ginger and it taste Delicious 😋 as well. I used coriander brunch and regular ginger instead what is available in my house 😁

You don't need the galangal, but the lemon grass is a must for the smell. You won't get the smell eventhough it will taste good.
