From this fragrance I get a very clean even shower gel dry down with a lingering rose accord. Of note: I don't get much Raspberry. Perceivably fem but as a male I still wear it because it supplies that perpetual clean effect. Likely a good fragrance to introduce individuals unaccustomed to niche fragrances.

Nice review Steven. I have to say though that I'm not buying fragrances that are that ludicrously expensive. I won't support the excessive prices of some fragrance companies with my money. $450/100ml is not justified for any fragrance in my opinion.

I find the rose not to be quite different, and this one has more of a fruity sweetness.

Steven, this sounds interesting and of good quality, but this specific fragrance is not for me. Totally off the beaten path here: Have you ever tried Bakhoor from Montale and if so, did you like it?

To be honest with you, I don't remember if I tried that one. I have a feeling I may have tried it at Osswald. If I did try it, I certainly don't remember it.

How does it compare with TF Black Orchid?

Black Orchid has that patchouli/truffle/ chocolatey aspect about it that's really full and creamy. This one is a bit softer.
