Big fan of the original Wulong Cha. I think my favorite aspect of it is that watery tea note uplifted by those citruses. Interested to hear how the X flanker differs as it dries down.

Wulong Cha reminds me of smelling a giant bag of Wagh Bakri or Brookes Bond Red Label Tea. Due to how much tea is involved in our life, this scent ties so many memories.

I actually prefer the original. I think there's a bit more intensity there as well as a more pronounced tea note. "X" is no slouch, and I hardly think it's redundant...just a bit more rounded off. Great comparison.

I have both and the original is definitely better. They are very close but not worth it to get the X version.

Own both. Like both. The OG smells a slightly feminine compared to the X (not a problem). X is better to me. my signature scent

The X version wayyyy better . The OG is playful. But the X version more matured and dry down is one of the best .

Wulong Cha is a great example of why you should try before you buy. It sounds just like something I'd love, so I got a sample. And it totally doesn't do it for me. Oh well.

I love the original enough that I don’t need to challenge it. Sometimes it is just an attempt of companies trying to make revenue with creating something new, only expanding on the old. By the way and off-topic, I did find a bottle of 2nd Soul! Now it rests with me. But there times when the OG is enough. This is one of those times. Just don’t change the formulation like many others (Creed).

@@stayfreshproductions Damn! But I’m glad I got it as well. That thing is a chameleon!! But it is sooo unique. Please create more. It is now one of my favorites. Now I am looking at Mind Games. But they are a bit pricey. So I will save up and buy one at a time. But I respect the perfumer that brings the unique fragrances enough to buy the original. And I will definitely buy 4 or 5… just gonna take me some months.
