For a normal context.... These flats are one of the most expensive area and gated communities. If you travel 3-4kms extra you will easily find 15-20K /month for 2 BHK. You can always choose a gym, pool outside ... anyways office will have those options most of the times.

60k rent in Hyderabad it's not worth it. Someone is stealing your hard earned money. I am from hyd and i can clearly say land lord is just taking advantage of situation rent should not be more than 30 k for a 3 bhk flat in premium gated community

I'm a guy who have lived in 1rk apartment in Mumbai Chawl for like entire life....So i dont think I would go for a flat to live😁 I would b comfortable in 1rk as well, even if its in Chawl....just to save money initially before getting married. I'd suggest ppl to struggle initially take a small house save money.😁

Life is all abt adjustment and struggle...I've seen 3-4 even more friends living in 1rk happily...its all abt how u manage it... And after 3-4 year of saving...u can literally buy ur own decent house and start living with ur family.

A good opinion from someone who is born and brought up in Hyderabad, dont waste your money by living in these luxury places. Yeah they help to ease you commute but, try to live in area a little far from these city centres. The prices drop to 20k and also 15k sometimes. Travelling by metro is the best. Just an opinion. I live in very good location in sri Ramnagar colony which is in Kodapur. My office is 7 kms away. I pay 10k monthly. Extremely well built market area near by, botanical garden , schools atms everuthing. But today my owner is increasing the rent to 13k.
