Nissan altima leaking antifreeze! Is it a bad head gasket?

These a tester you can get that goes where the radiator cap goes. tells you if you have a head gasket leak

Why would you take off the bumper? I did a condenser and Radiator this week, and never touched bumper, it will come out after pulling radiator. Sure easier than the fromt bumper. I hope the customer didnt get charged all the labor to take off parts that didnt need taking off?
