How did you tighen the lower stud nuts what did you use wrench, ratchet and socket? And if so, exactly what did you use?

How did you remove the passenger side heat shield? Is that why you removed the motor mount?

This is driver side. But it will be. The same procedure. O. The passenger side.

Motor mount removal is required to get the manifold out? So engine has to be raised a bit? Or is the mount in the way of the manifold?

No no motor mount need to remove. The engine dont need to be lift to get the manifold out . No the mount is not on the way. Just take u time.
