Awesome cars. If only they were offered here in the USA. I don't know what would be similar to this, a Mercedes-Benz 300SEL perhaps? I don't know what the American version would be.

It looks like a 1966 Rambler American but with a late 1970s Cadillac front end grafted on. The clean, simple pre facelift taillights are replaced with what looks like Nissan's take on a mid 1970s Lincoln Continental. I much prefer the original look to the way-too-busy and confused 1988 version. Obviously the Nissan is far more luxurious than any Rambler, but the resemblance and footprint are very similar. When you look at the original pre-facelift H150 from 1965-1973 or so, one sees a LOT of Rambler (with some Ford Galaxie influence too) in it. Its not a bad looking car, but it looks too much like a photoshopped "anycar" tbey use for bank car loan ads
