Well I done hundreds of them without doing all the cover and not drilling the lock assy breakaway bolts!! By just using a spring loaded hole puncher! But it’s good to see people doing interesting way! Nissan tech 25 years love the videos

thank you so much, my stupid key wouldn't turn and my shifter is locked. gonna try and replace it tmmw. my car is stuck at work in -15F degree temperature and xterras don't handle the cold to well haha

Is it automatic or manual. The ignition lock assemblies are different for a manual versus the automatic transmission. Important to know before purchasing,. The 2002 Nissan Frontier automatic transmission ignition lock is hard to reference/find.
