Nissan Patrol ZD30 GU Y61 accelerator position sensor fault
RPM is higher than the normal 750rpm
replaced it with Japan surplus ZD30 E25 Nissan Urvan Estate (caravan)

Olá prezado tem um carro com aesma avaria. Ele acelera de vez enquanto tem vezes que só anda com o relantim será que mesmo está peça

Es peligroso regular manualmente la posición del sensor de acelerador? Quiero saber si tiene que tener una posición ideal o solo lo tengo que cambiar y nada mas ?

It's hard to set the sensor, make sure put some markings on it before you pull out the position sensor

Hola una consulta, en el escaner no botan ningun error, pero la camioneta revoluciona muy lento y esta pesada , no humea ni nada raro, solo esta lenta , es posible que sea eso ?

The 6 wire throttle position sensor is normally not the problem. The most common problem is related to the micro switch with the 2 red wires going bad/high resistance and doesn't show closed switch at idle position. The code 43 will send you down a rabbit hole. Replace the micro switch with a new one from a microwave oven etc and your problem should be solved🤣👍

No need to replace it, just splines those two wires,no more problem..

@@imeedesu1595 I presume you mean 'splice' the two wires for the idle switch? Sure, I guess you can do that if you want the ecu to limit throttle to pretty much zero🤣🤣🤣👍

Simon, to diagnose the micro switch. Should it have resistance across it? Or should it be very close to 0 ohms. I've had one engine fault for tps and haven't started any diagnosis yet. Thanks

@@AdamSmith-ku9pz Hi Adam, Yes, the micro switch should have very low ohms across it when in the closed position, and same for any switch for that matter, preferably less than 5-10ohms would normally be ok for most circuits, and should also be just fine for an ecu input signal circuit like this micro switch is used for. If you're seeing readings in 100's of ohms or K ohms, it's definitely no good. The switch would be perfect if it reads the same as your meter reads with the test leads shorted together when the switch is closed. The micro switch should also read consistently low every time it's in the closed switch position, after every open and closed cycle, if you're getting inconsistent readings each time then it's suspect for sure. I can't recall 100% if the switch should be closed with the pedal released, or when it's pushed, but pretty sure with pedal released if my memory serves, ie. idle position. It's been quite a few years since I diagnosed one particular vehicle, which had tps codes that pointed towards the tps sensor being faulty but it consistently tested good, and the real problem all came down to that micro switch being intermittently faulty/high resistance, it really threw me for a loop over the space of a couple of days attempting to pinpoint the actual problem. Unfortunitely, again if my memory serves, Nissan don't have a self diagnosing fault code/monitor built in to the software that specifically monitors that micro switch, so it comes down to a process of elimination, head scratching, or Dr.Google and KZbin, and well, here you are😁👍🇦🇺 (Edit) I just re-read my previous post, micro switch should read closed at idle position👍

Si cruce los cables rojos del acelerador y despues intento ajustar el acelerador girándolo un poco , eso influye en algo? Sigur igual, intentare cambiar el tps , sim embargo el cable rojo uno vez que lo cruzo se puede utilizar sin problemas ? O se malogra el conector

@@imeedesu1595 intente con otro pedal de acelerador ya que el check engine se encendio en mi tablero (por un par de horas), cuando lo proble estacionado, era igual, no subia mas de 3000rpm , quiero mencionar que estoy sin ninguna alerta en el tablero y cuando se encendió hace unos dias me salia pedal de acelerador, otra cosa puede ser ? O que valores serian los correctos en el maf o en tps para medirlos.

Sir tanong ko lang ZD30 yung crankshaft sensor kng sira possible mag stall engine n cause na walng fuel lalabas sa injector?

ZD30 patrol or estate b?yes sir, how did you know n sira po ung crank sensor.if you scan it at yan ang fault codes,maaring namamatay ang engine or palyado, almost same symptoms ng sira ang injection pump.

boss, tb45 po high idle rpm pag nka park after driving, pero nawawala po pag inapakan gas pedal pag nka park bumabalik sa normal rpm. pedal sensor kaya boss? slamay po

Sir salamat gumawa ka video sa TPS dagdag kaalaman sa Amin. Ask k lng nag chek engine dn zd30 patrol then TPS error sa scanning possible ganyan din dpat gawin spline 2 red wire. Thank u

Sir kapag idling minsan biglang bumabagsak ang idle halos mamatay, posible ba na sira crankshaft sensor? Saan ba location ng crankshaft sensor ng urvan estate?

Sir tanung lng po sana malakas na po yung makina umaabot po ang rpm niya 4000 kaso pagtumakbo na po cya delay po tapos umugong lng po yung makina tapos hanggang 80 lng po speed nya salamat po
