I just got my first car and it is a diddy Nissan Pixo. I love the car as it works perfectly for picking up 2-3 friends or a 4th without legs just to zip around the town for a small journey. Works perfectly for getting me from A to B. Would highly recommend the car. Happy safe driving everyone!

It's a daily commuter car. A->B->A. That's it. And it suits that purpose perfectly. Don't waste money on cars. Be smart. Save money.

I think i got lucky ive found a 2011 Pixo with only 45 thousand miles for £1500 also i think it looks better than the Alto its based on the face is cuter and it looks bigger than the Alto somehow

Electric windows not a good idea in any car, yes its convenient but when they go wrong very expensive to fix, where as its impossible to break the old wind up windows

i got a n tec for 2.5k with 3380 miles had it 2 years has 10551 miles airbag light only problem

I saw the 2012 model of this car on Autotrader today with only 53000 miles for £1500 a bargain and the Mot history was all passes , so definitely worth a punt me thinks , im currently driving an old 2007 Mitsubishi Colt which has been very reliable but now has done 112000 miles so definitely near its end , so i may opt for the Pixo , im guessing it would be reliable being its basically a Suzuki engine inside it ?

@mika 161 I've still got the Colt lol 😂 👍 I did view the Alto but it had a bad rust problem underneath so my advice buy Mitsubishi mirage or Toyota Aygo they are better

@@christineayres7094 Well modern cars can do at least 200k, so that should not be a problem if you maintain it. A Mitsubishi might also do with less frequent servicing and still be fine. These tend to do well as long as the transmission and engine oil is changed every now and then, so there is no real rush for deals

Yes, the presenter mentions that it's pretty much identical to the Suzuki Alto (as it was called in the UK).

@@athuldominic here at the philippines suzuki a star is called suzuki celerio. i have it for almost 3yrs sold it last year. parts are hard to find , but this year saw online seller of parts if only It have replacement parts here available i won't sell this car. it's cute and fuel efficient. same as our wigo gen 2 , tho the weakness of celerio is their engine support the usual problem XD .

But the cheapest Alto is around £2200 the cheapest Pixo is £1500 so thats a big saving if your poor like me lol
