Nissan Skyline R33 Drift Spec Review!!!

this is a 1994 nissan skyline R33 GTST a legend of a car with its RB25DET engine and rear wheel drive!!!
This is the skyline for the drift world!
GTR = 4 wheel drive (no drifts)
GTST = Rear wheel drive (skiddys m8)

that car without the spoiler vented bonnet and hideous gtr badge would be perfect. Value for money reliabilty handling drifting and general fun it's pretty hard to beat a 33 gtst!!! Perth has alot of skylines it's fantastic

I have had a soft spot for the Skyline since their introduction in the 70's, but let's be honest, those iconic four circular rear-end lights were a grab off the Corvette ( I have a C4 ). Just sayin'. Anyway, that was a great video, and people like your style. Just be careful with your gesticulating : )

@@RossReviewsau ..... Thanks for your reply mate. Hey, you'll find your style, and unfortunately yes, we all tend to throw our hands around when blabbing. Just try to do so in a slower manner LOL. You will come across in a more relaxed, confident, and believable manner. One day, you could review my Corvette if you like ( after I re-upholster the seats ). It's a rare manual ( 4+3 ) 1988 convertible, though the review would not be all hugs and kisses, as the car has it's faults : only 245 HP for a start, and the shifter may as well have been made by John Deere ( and it's new! ). No .... that's not being fair to John Deere. Anyway, it'd be fun, even if only for the open-top driving experience.

NISMOLOGY INC. that’s awesome your one of the lucky ones! I say that as the general jdm fan prob can’t afford a GTR and even if they could up keep and parts are expensive.. much cheaper to get a gtst and more parts are available for a RB25..

I live here on Okinawa Japan and I have been a Nissan fanatic since high school, working on cars since 15 years old, worked for Toyota and Nissan. I love my Nissan which my first being a Nissan Maxima and I Turbo charged it, then a 240 that I built the SR and now a BCNR33 and a Pulsar GTi-R.

NISMOLOGY INC. wow nice that changes the game if you live in the mother land!🇯🇵 much more affordable to get a GTR and parts are more abundant! I love it there my wife is Japanese and we always go to Fukuoka where she’s originally from👍 I’ve always wanted to go to Okinawa!

I know evos and sti are way faster and better in handling than the gtst... but man.... the gtst is now a super iconic car ... the long sexy body.... it's like its gonna beocme the dodge charge 1970 or mustang 65 of the jdm

Zackipedia I say every Toyota dealer wanted one of these because it was “better than the Supra” of the time.. Toyota wanted a car that would rival it so they made the mark 4 Supra..

Tiny correction though: the A80 was already in prototyping when the R32 GTR started rolling off the line in 89. The MkIV was not a response to the Skyline, but the 2JZ was a direct response to the RB.

Zackipedia ya idk I didn’t think about it to much made sense in my head 😅Funny enough the 2JZ-GTE was actually fitted in the Toyota Aristo luxury sedan first back in 1991.. That car would not have been a response to the GTR but the A80 was.
