Nissan Stagea (RB25DET) Fuel Pump Removal & Install - Walbro 460

Take a look at how to remove and install a new fuel pump in a C34 Stagea... The overall process isn't hard (once you know the trick with the pump cradle!) but allow a couple of hours the first time around.
The Walbro 460 is considered one of the biggest drop-in fuel pumps for these and many other JDM cars and only requires minor trimming of the cradle to fit properly. I'll show you exactly what to modify and how the whole kit pieces together to fit back in the tank in this video!
The larger fuel pump will require a direct power feed from the battery - which I will cover in a separate video in future - but for now I just wanted to show the physical process of getting the pump into the tank.

Absolute legend! Awesome job. For anyone doing this in the future I recommend staggering your wire cuts / joins between positive and negative. Slightly cleaner / more flexible and less chance of shorting.

Great video! My S2 Stagea was off the road for about 5 years. With fuel in it. The fuel pump don't work no more so, i'll do something similar to yours. Plenty of black gunk in it too, I call the black gunk tobacco.

Thanks... the exhaust itself is basically straight through now. The cat has been hollowed out and it's 3 inch all the way to the rear muffler.
