Owner of three cars here but my 2010 Nissan Altima is my baby 250,000 mi. No issue with the engine or CVT! Change your oil. Swap out those engine mounts and transmission mounts every once in a while and you won't have a problem! My little four banger still kicking and screaming, she actually eats a lot of cars on the road😂😂😂! Currently working on my 98 firebird that I purchased when I was 18 once I get my main B back on the road it's over 💯!

Haha shouldn't be hard. I've seen them go cheap af and they're easy builders surprisingly if you accept some limitations. Worst case. Find a cheap miata builder. And find the right scrap yard and go for that 10k all in junkyard ls swap. You'll be at the same power to weight ratio and weight as a superlite slc. And can still go ahead and widebody it and do other further tweaks for traction. Or go k swap. Or ecotec. Or ecoboost. Or loads of other good swaps. But 10k all in for a like 400 to 500hp 2600lb car.

@jtj8623 oh dude trust me. I think I won contest for craziest build plans that I'm gonna do as long as business plans work out and no mess ups with parts plans. Superlite slc kit car. K48 Honda based v8. 7 speed electromechanical sequential transmission that can run in automatic mode from a Koenigsegg agera rs gryphon and other hypercars. Geared like the Old muscle cars or modern demons or the ford gt tall first gear but close ratios more like a European car to help cheat 0 to 60 times without shifting. Put add on fast shifts woth paddles. Gearbox also has the electromechanical rear diff that helps with traction control and handling. Twincharged. Twin supers due to the hotvee layout and twin turbos as well. Meaning turbos gonna have no turbo lag and flow like mad and even better then a pure turbo set up plus other benefits. Add on the aftermarket interchiller set ups people use to upgrade the demons and such. And suspension tweaks to support that power. Including dumping the money for semi custom active dampers basically same as what many race platforms already have just custom to suit the slc. 1200kg wet wet. Max tune of 1200hp at the wheels. With wind tunnel aero work. And gearing for a top speed for 316mph. 10k redline. Boosted. And both cam profiles tuned to like half the rpm range so it's truely got a like 8k wide powerband or better. With intake Temps and combustion Temps surprisingly low. Short stroke set up on the motor and other little tweaks to keep reliability up. Deapite the fact it'll be pushing almost 300hp per liter and 150hp per cylinder but measured at the wheels after losses. And a modern electronic waste gate set up and boost control set up paired with the twin charger system to basically make it feel like a NA engine. Carbon rims. Loads of other little upgrades. Ap racing brakes. 2 piece rotor set up. Not carbon ceramic but super oversized. And might use fanned ducting to help shed heat. Full on ducting kit plus some tweaks to the cooling system. Ac compressor swap to support at least 8300rpms before the compressor needs to use pulsing to deal with the rpms. Might be able to get to like 9000 plus. Race grade traction control. And trying to essentially use some friction calcs and tuning to be able to hit them demon 170 0 to 60 times with the same little preps. But also 60 to anything else faster and higher top speeds. While keeping it a handling based car. Traction control via the active dampers stability control. And abs. Gonna tune pedal throw on the gas pedal for a longer throw to suit the higher rpms. Plus use drive by wire properly tuned to help with feel and also performance. But since the hot vee set up dual drive by wire throttle bodies and the tune ability means it'll be easy to have multiple tunes on the car. 1200hp max tune albeit room for an easy extra 200 hp. Is mostly for full mile events or drifting. Regular tune like 700. Modern supers already have bypass set ups for high rpms. And given the twin set up and per cylinder bank. Should be able to oversize it and underdrive it for effiency and best operating set up and least parasitic losses. And have the turbo fill up with more peak effiency. 25psi plus boost system that'll flow enough air for 10k rpms. That'll also still boost stupid fast and be operating in the 90 percent total effiency range. But help with turbo back pressure issues and other problems. Also dual stage intercooling water to air. And interchilled. Plus water cooled turbo. Low boost if I can electronically control the bypass set up on the super I can easily even replicate high end systems and at the push of a button get compound boost with barely reduced effiency. Buy an oem or aftermarket similar set up for the 911 porsche exhaust valve. Won't spit flames. But designed for like pure effiency and like everything being like perfectly dialed to like an almost oem level. Trying to have as little unburnt fuel as possible. And reduce as much parasitic and pumping losses in the engine itself. Make up for the supers parasitic losses. But also like clean burning and economic for the power levels. Use honda tech that beat ferrari peak volumetric effiency. Use turbos and modern bits to bit modern volumetric effiency and beat hypercar fuel economy and effiency. It's the like arcade game in real life like overly balanced perfectly car. Like aero grip is huge and doing tweaks that help mechanical and aero grip. Ducting which helps drag downforce and cooling. Lighter engine and transmission with exotic performance. Carbon rims besides suspension also help acceleration. Active suspension helps all over. Chassis rigity tweaks. And like tunes via humans but with ecu response quicker then humans can blink or perceive at all levels. Won't shift the fastest of modern hypercar but fast enough. Won't be the lightest but lighter then most. Won't be the highest hp but better power to weight ratio max tune then many lower weight and requires less. Won't rev the highest but close and higher then most. Might get edged out in some areas. But strong all over. And idea is maximize corner speed and stability. And get it stable enough for full mile drag like straight speed with more then enough braking performance. If you have rhe balls. 700hp even with race slicks on a track will be too much still for most. 1200 for sure besides full mile drag. With a bit of suspension tuning though the 1200 gives you enough to just gas pedal drift all over. While paddles still gonna have a real hand brake drift brake set up also for parking. And it retains the clutch pedal for clutch kicks when you want and can go full manual sequential. But also full auto for street driving and wet conditions. Even figured out a way I can out the max hp tune on a secondary security key plus button set up almost like a hellcat. Live near a cheap wind tunnel. Actually one of the cheapest pricing wise cause connected to a school and subsidized by the government and also auto manufacturers who use it for some testing. 3d printing and scale model testing for some stuff as well. Weight distribution and scale needs to be right plus some other factors. But doesn't need to be a fully running vehicle in a sense. And can be battery and electric powered. But. Final body is gonna be a street use carbon aero tweaked version. And fiberglass track bodies with some carbon aero bits. And slightly wide body for steering clearance and tire and rim and brake clearance and more grip. Also 1200rwhp on pump gas. And flex fuel set up. And a full oem level interior. With enough sound dampening to make it daily drivable especially with the transmission choice xD But like a hypercar diy pagani touring lotus sized rip off. For the price of a slightly modified aventador. But alot more work and research and hassle. But able to play with much much more expensive cars and make them look silly or at least compete. And also shock the bugatti owners if I travel with it to Europe and get on the autobahn. Idea once it evolved. Combine all the good car countries aspects into one monster. Low rpm torque and tall gearing like a American car. Jdm based engine with that tech but the hilariously american make it a frigging v8. Twincharged but in a more hit rodder fashion. Hotvee gives you euro vibes with the flatplane crank and high revving nature. But also helps return NA like responsiveness and controlability. Fast shifts like the exotics but also like some hot rod set ups on the strip. Tuned for handling. But enough power for that like haha on the straights. And then like as many cheater tricks as possible. And cheater twch. Was originally thinking of using j dampers the banned f1 suspension damper. Active has more advantages. Was also going to potentially give up a bit of room on other stuff for a fan aero set up Benz cheater style. But decided not to. Might use an additional turbo turned into a generator and have an electric booster fan for spooling high boost and p2p set up but probably won't need it.

XD oh yeah don't trust the Mopar guys for sure. I'm not a pure Mopar guy. But like half Mopar. Was gonna build my boss a vintage charger chassis modern suspension and other tweaks. But running a frigging viper v10 Calvo modded but on the low end of things. And mostly just balanced enough to not be sketchy and alot of weight reduction where possible. I have my gto build. My buddy has his gto with a hemi swap that's even more nuts then my twincharged ls7. But the dodge chassis was supposed to be the like Mopar overkill is under rated murder my buddies hemi goat set up for less money. It's Literally the biggest block v8 hemi possible with a big ass blower set up. And a bunch of modern tweaks. Fuel injected not carbed. But it's like almost the same displacement as a stock v10 viper. So logical step is Mopar powered v10 vintage charger. Make the vintage purists mad and make the hellcat guys mad cause they're boat anchors are too slow same with demons. Unfortunately plans didn't work out. But lol would've been the cheapest monster I've built yet. Found a perfect fresh rebuild viper motor from a crashed car cheap. Chassis was cheap but had no driveline at all and some missing interior. Right tranny for weight distribution and holding the torque. Gear it tall. And huge tires in the rear plus traction control. Would've been disgusting. And most of the money would've gone into upgrading suspension brakes and the motor. Torque characteristics with modern suspension clutch and tranny but geared like the old higher peak torque then hp low revving big blocks. Would've been faster with less hp and been pushing about the same 1700hp peak as my buddies big block. But also had a more similar power to weight of my gto which is potentially too light at 1400hp and alot less torque. And hilariously in the charger chassis from the 60s and 70s. It fits better then expected with suspension mods and firewall mods. And given the modern suspension adaptations from modern chargers. Thing would've been scary af for price to performance. Roller was only 1500 not rusted out but like literally nothing but the body frame and wheels and left over interior bits and was some old dudes never finished project from like the 80s. But lol. Frame off modern suspension and brakes plus rubber. And a 6 speed to a v10 viper engine and lighter then stock. Deffs don't trust us Mopar or Chevy guys. When we gets antsy we're just as bad as the jdm guys and if we get picky can get just as light with more torque and way taller Gearing. Just don't mind the race fuel cost differences or vibrations.
