The HSB-2M is a re-heat stretch blow molding machine for PET jars incorporating ASB's well proven double blow heat-set molding process.
Unlike standard processed PET containers, jars produced by this process can be hot filled at up to 92-95 Celsius or passed through a pasteurizing tunnel to ensure long and safe shelf life of a wide range of vegetables, pickles, sauces and preserves.
In this video the machine can be seen molding a single cavity 4 liter jar with 110mm diameter neck. It can also mold 2 cavities for up to 1 liter jars with 82mm diameter necks.

通常のPET容器と異なり、この機械で成形された広口容器は、92~95℃の高温充填やパスチャライズが可能で、各種野菜、ピクルス、ソース、ジャムなどの長期保存が可能です。
このビデオでは、ネックサイズ110mmの4L広口容器を1個取りで成形する様子をご覧いただけます。2個取りの場合は、最大でネックサイズ82mm、1L容器まで成形できます。
