If you getting others options like any IIT(CSE) or NIT allahabad (CSE) or IIIT Allahabad (CSE or IT) or NIT Warangal (CSE) or NIT Trichy (CSE) then only it's fine to drop this college otherwise apart from these college I wouldn't suggest you to drop because this is best NIT and also as you said you are getting CSE branch to isse badiya to or kuch ho hi nhi skta so I'll suggest to take or freeze your seat anyway final decision is yours ✌🏿

Yes yes you can but college life is better in same NIT rather than IIIT Allahabad anyway allahabad is very good college with respect to placement ! Agr tum muje rate krne ke liye bologe dono colleges ko to me NIT Rourkela ko 9 out of 10 dunga or IIIT Allahabad ko 8 out of 10 ... Hope this will helps you ✌🏿
