I used to think that way but many of these batteries last a long time. I’ve been using these for many years and have yet to replace one.

This looks interesting 🙂 Insanely bright, pure flood, definitely pocketable AND usb-c! Non-removable batteries are a big con though. If the batteries go bad I can't replace them or bring fresh extras with me 😕 But I have a lot of flashlights so I could just bring a spare light if I need to 🙂 I won't need 12K lumens ALL the time anyways! I hope my local Nitecore reseller will stock up on these so I can get one without the need for shipping! 😁👍

Will buy it ONLY if it has removable batteries. Otherwise it becomes as useless as a rock when the battery goes, and it can go soon depending on usage.

I am 100% not being sarcastic, but why? Is it because it would help reduce glare or is it a contrast thing? I am not very color smart so I am not sure what the benefit would be.😅

hello, just bought the e4k and i think its a great light but i only give it 8/10. if it had a zoom-option, it would be perfect 10/10. is there something coming soon with that exact size and brightness + zoom-option ? best regards, benedikt

Plus there's 2 exclamation points, like at least if there's one then it's still grammatically correct, but having 2 just makes it even more informal

The "12,000 Lumens!!" on the side of it makes it look like a cheap toy. Everything else looks rugged and tactical.

I don't have one, but do like all the features. However I have to say this appears to be a very unattractive piece of hardware visually.

Sinceramente, no me gustó. Una linterna que se vende como 12000 lumens, que da en su modo más alto, sólo 1000. Mi Nitecore MH12S da 1800. Y puedo cambiar la batería cuando se agote, alargando su autonomía indefinidamente. No da los 12000 lumens que promete, más que por unos pocos segundos. Y la batería interna, nos da como resultado una linterna para año y medio. Que son las veces que se puede recargar. 500. Estéticamente tampoco me gusta. Parece una Power bank vieja. Y electrónicamente, aunque lleve sensores de temperatura, y chips que regulen la potencia en función del sobrecalentamiento, me parece un diseño pobre y poco estudiado. Ya que en el tema de la disipación de calor producido por los led, vais cojos. Ni un disipador pasivo de aluminio. Ni refrigeración por nano coolers. Ni agujeros de ventilación en la parte trasera de los leds. También útiles para ventilar la batería. Un cero. Un cero patatero. Y sólo a vosotros se os ocurre colocar seis leds juntos sin ningún tipo de refrigeración. Eso sí, la electrónica limita la potencia, cuando se recalienta. Genial. No la compraré. Ni la recomiendo.
