I had no opportunity to be physically initiated by him. I always hear about his teachings on various topics at least from last five years. I consider him as an extra-ordinary human being, not commonly available anywhere. I can describe Paramahangsa Nityananda as a " but tat-tamashi ", and as such, I consider him as my spiritual Guru. I do not know whether his Holiness will bless me or not. Of course, I know from his teachings that being blissful is my responsibility. I am hereby surrendering myself to Him.

Thank you for this knowledge, it all sounds very true, even the etymology - relive to relieve! Thats all great, however how am I supposed to relive something, that I dont even remember, or how am I supposed to guess what could have been the trigger point for a pattern, when I havent even considered the event it to be of any major importance. Im sure there must be some patterns in my live, but I have no idea, where to look for the causes :/ Thank you for any advice!

Hi David, if one doesn't know the pattern one can get himself involved in higher vibrational activities like meditation, chanting mantras that one loves, practicing exercises etc. The pattern of incompletion are always lower vibrational patterns. When higher vibrational energy flows through the person these pattern automatically get transformed. So higher vibrational practices especially meditation regularly will help to transform these kind of pattern even if one consciously recognize it .👍
