, Swamiji teaches us that there are different ways t our spiritual path. If your attitude is nothing can be done by me, Bhakti Marg (Path of Devotion) is your path. If you believe everything can be done by you, Ganan Yoga (Path of Knowledge) is your path. Swamiji goes on to give us another profund truth anything that can die can never occupy our inner space and anything that cannot die can never be taken away from us. He thn goes on to take us through a guided meditation of Ham Sa meditation. The technique allows whatever that can die to leave our system and establish us in whatever that cannot die.

Thank you so much. The Ham Sa meditation was a blessing. I feel like I just had a good cry, but better. Like I made a confession, but better. I let so much go, that which is dead, let it go on the out breath. Things such as attitudes, experiences, and such. The beauty is that I learned an everlasting technique, to relax into what never dies; into that which is constantly available. Thank you so very much.
