Ah, this perfectly points to how a really good sangha would function. It would always be raising others, each to each a perfecting mirror, so that the collective is constantly uplifted, and uplifting. ( I have seen and experienced the other kind of sangha, the disfunction.. inauthenticity is a kind word for what was expressed. It was more like rampant jealousy. This is very healing teaching, Swamiji.

ah.. such brilliant revealing. thank you. Justification of inauthenticy. I wonder if this would manifest as a recurring, nagging clearing of the throat. It always sounds to me like a form of half-expressed violence that goes both outside ( attack, justification) and inside ( taking offence, being offended), and never fully expresses.

He´s acutally pointing out how important integrity is or in other words to be authentic to yourself and therefore to others in order to achieve goals on your life. When you´ve got a clear image of yourself, wether you do fail sometimes, it´s not a big problem, everyone fails but you gotta see yourself as the biggest thing in your life, not as a failure. Self-conscious and self esteemed, so no need for jealousy should be there. Jealousy poisons your possibilities.
