Mr Gadkari will do well by removing the toll collection itself. People buy vehicles to travel when necessary. Considering the petrol / diesel price, excise duty, sale tax n Mv/ tax etc etc it's not justified. Adequate n safe roads are a right of vehicle owners. Collection of toll is daylight robbery. Unnecessary n wasteful expenditure of government, if curtailed, shall suffice to fund improvements. Any way govt is Supreme in our democracy
