Yes but transforming petrol and diesel guzzling vehicles is only half the problem . We need to find a permanent solution for stubble burning in Punjab Haryana and Western U.P . Some kind of incentive to utilize stubble for different purposes. Need a technological solution for it.

Toll tax is applicable on all the roads under the purview of the NHAI. On the contrary, road tax is for roads under State Government mandates.....that's why education is important :)
