Brother, in your Add/Sub method, the "MINUTE" decoding confuses after 3 letters where you add squares, but what about 'U' and 'K', 'T' and 'S' ....

yh its easy bro all you need to do add the double if thats the sequence for exampl i take the alphabet u=21 i double it and i get 42 hence i add 42 alaphabets to U and keep on adding until u count 42
