Marriag barely changes anything for men while for women nothing remains same, not even their body ones they get pregnant It's easy to say to just focus on your career when that's the only thing which u have to do that to by living in your comfort zone most of the time Societies like in South Korea and Japan where women are still expected to do all domestic work plus raising and birthing children, there women have stopped having children so that they can focus on their earnings. @@vp-lv6yk I have met people who wants to quit their job after marriage. Pregnancy stays for 9 months after that it takes another 6 months to recover and after that a person is fit enough to work. If people can work out post pregnancy to loose their weight they can go to work and do their job. Just because of pregnancy women don't become useless and that's a very lame excuse because I see women get pregnant give birth then return to work. Women who choose not to work after marriage will come with ample excuses. But the truth is men are done with those lame excuses. Men are not choosing women who do not work in the first place and may be some men do force their wife to quit their job but not all. And when it comes to wasting their 20 years in education that's because they don't have a choice. For some women not all if u give them to option to never do any thing productive in their life. Eat sleep and just live and get what ever they want they are the happiest women of the world. If both of u pretend like those women don't exist then u are either sexist because u cant see the reality or u are one of them and don't want to feel bad about yourself.

It's has to come from womens. Womens need to take high productivity roles, leadership roles. I wanted to participate in Smart India Hackathon. I needed atleast one female in group to register. Guess got in my college girls are extremely uneducated. All they do is wait for their marriage. There are highly productive ones too. But there numbers are low. Highly educated and productive females are important. I would be bound to feel lowly of women if I see them only doing household stuffs. Men can only support girls. Girls have carve their own path.

For Indian women to be part of workforce , we need more than just talks . 1) outside measures like safety , legislature etc 2) cultural & social changes 3) most important spiritual changes : we need women to feel strong from inside bcoz we women have no physical strength , hence we are always afraid . Yes Financial independence is very very important for both men & women. But, at the same time respect for eachother, mutual understanding, trust are equally important to run a successful relationship between men & women. You are lucky enough tht u got an intelligent & mature life partner. But it is not same for all. I have seen many cases in real life where women use thr freedom in wrong way. They manipulated things very badly. Misuse the law & harrash their partner. Here i will disagree with one point is tht we can buy anything in house mainly house help by money. In case of rich people may be thy can afford it better.. But for middle class getting good house help within their buget is not so easy.

Nitish talks about women empowerment, that’s great but I have one suggestion to Nitish. He talks about how all household chores can be done by paying 25k/30k in India and women can concentrate on their careers by spending that much. Yes it’s a blessing in India that we have so much facilities but in the same video he talks about migrating to other countries has become a very normal thing for Indians as we have very few developed cities which are highly polluted and populated. When he encourages people to migrate he must also highlight that even if migrating population earn way more than what they used to earn in India ,they do not get this house help facilities in exchange of 30k and daily life is not very easy out there.
