My question is, does the Venturi size change when you are high altitude? If so, how do you know what to run?

hi Adam, What is the impact on the engine behaviour to fully open the carburator slide (slide open past to the venturi size)?

hi, if I replace the Venturi from 6 to 7, do I have to change the jet-needle adjustment and how? Thank you
@AdamDrake6 ай бұрын
You may need to slightly richen the sign speed needle to be on the save side.

hi +/- how much can the Venturi diameter influence petrol consumption?
@AdamDrake6 ай бұрын
It can go both ways. I have a video discussing that as well.

Hey Adam, huge fan (for like 20 years or something nuts like that). I've got a MBX8 that I've been getting back into the hobby with and I'm having a HELL of a time to get the rear end to plant. I'm currently running 10k/7k/5k in it, but I've tried 10/10/7 as well and while the rear end getting lose on power varies a little bit, I'm having a trouble keeping up with regulars and it's because exiting turns, or even on the straight they can go full beans where I cannot (without the rear getting all nuts), I have to roll into the throttle. Any tips? I've played with wheel base length, shock springs and fluid, but still can't get it to plant its ass. Thanks ahead of time!
