The best way to get powder in Hollows is to just do 2x comms... Yeah, it ends up being slower, BUT, in time spent grinding powder in the long run, its WAY faster... You can just do other things while you wait for a 2x that are a lot more profitable than powder mining. I have 36m powder and all I ever did was claim my daily's during 2x each day and collect comms for that 15 minutes each day. I would get around 150k powder each day in 15 minutes..

In the time spent doing that method you could have 12m in a 20th of the time and be making 40m an hr on Jasper... Pow mining is SOOOO much better

@@Havefaithincookies what are you talking about? Do you know how to comprehend what you read? That is literally what my comment says.. You spend 15 mins each day, doing 1 2x event with your daily's and doing comms(your spending a total of 15 minutes each day).. There is no faster rate of gaining powder in the hollows than this. it is 150-200k powder per 15 minutes. So at the end of the month, you have 4-6m powder, and rather than powder grinding, you can mine Jasper, or do other things that make a lot of coins.. Again, there is no faster method in the game. this method is 150k-200k powder in 15 minutes. Regular powder mining,,, with Divan and 655 is only 30-40k powder per 15 minutes... So this method is 3x faster and consumes 3x less time. It takes longer to get the powder up, but like I said, it is more efficient and better usage of your time in the long run.

@@Havefaithincookies You fail to realize that mining is not the only aspect of the game. 2x comm method frees up a lot of time overall, so you will be able to progress in other things much faster. For instance, if you have 2 players, each SB level 150 and they both play the game the same amount of time with one powder grinding and the other doing the 2x comm method, the person using the 2x comm method will be able to be much further along in the game progression than the person doing the powder grinding.

Coming from someone who used thirty’s texture pack if your doing powder mining I liked nebula or even one of the 3 massive texture packs like fur sky idk if you will it but just a personal recommendation and also if your gonna be powder mining for a while still you can go into the texture pack and switch the stone png it’s really simple might not even need a video and it will save you

You should have leveled your mole up if your still powder mining. The scatha and mole dont cancel out each other like most think it actually is the scatha kicks in a split millisecond before mole and may destroy the connecting block for mole to use to connect the other 4+ blocks it is gonna break. Most people overcome this by doing fast 4 block high circles and clearing huge paths very quickly. Often Id have 5 or 6 chest showing to hit with the jasper drill.

For everyone else powder grinding: you can speed up the process by using a leg scatha and 3 pieces of mineral armor to break ores like coal and iron faster. Some people still pet swap to the scatha before using the jasper drill to open chests but for me there was no difference in rates so it seems like they fixed the scatha bug. Bonus tip: jungle pick + coal routes with one piece maxed divan and 3 pieces mineral armor makes a ton of money and it’s more fun.

for everyone else powder grinding, 1/4 mineral is all that is needed unless you just want to break the ore veins slightly faster, one piece makes it that much faster and then use fortune set you make way more from it

After 4m powder you should be making easy 300k of each powder an hour in precursor remnants, getting 12m gemstone is rlly worth it (Is Scatha Mole still bugged?)

Scatha is working, it’s also recommended to use 3 pieces of mineral armor to speed up the process of breaking ores like coal,iron etc and one maxed piece of divan for more coal. Some people still pet swap to the scatha when opening chests but for me there was no difference in rates

smh, you should have followed my powder grinding tutorial, you can make so much using jungle pickaxe and if you do it right, you can use snail meta to maximize profits with coal routing and hardstone while getting sludge
