I never liked walking home after hanging out with a group of friends for an entire day with the setting sun encircling me, but San Fransico captures that and keeps a high note. For example, the first time I missed that the reason Jin and Mugen tried to protect Fuu is because they consider her a little sister, that Jin was actually the most sensitive compassionate one of the trio, that the only reason fuu gets into so much trouble is because she actually likes an adventure (don't get fooled by her words girl just wanna have fun lol), also Mugen isn't emotionless he has just seen so much of the ugly side of the world that it's became funny.

Very well edited video with perfect placement of the soundtrack. This alone speaks the truth about your love for the show. Apart from that, I think this video clicked with me the most. Every previous video I watched focused a lot on the "plot" and how it's just barely there for 4 episodes and suddenly decides to rush in near the end and such. If you haven't seen this entire show in Japanese, I would strongly recommend you do so. Not only does it make the show feel more authentic to its setting, but you will miss out on some of the greatest voice acting of all time if you skip the original version. Mugen's original Japanese voice actor is incredible. As great as Bloom is (I love him as Wolverine), there are certain Japanese linguistic and cultural cues that cannot be replicated in other languages, that make the characters - especially Mugen - more funny and badass. So if you've seen the show in English already (as I have), a re-watch in the original soundtrack is worth it.

I'm glad to hear people talking like that about Samurai Champloo. This anime will accompany me for the rest of my life, with a couple of other. The show is a perfect definition of how important the journey is. And how everything, even if it was great must come to an end. I have the ending scene, when they all three face signs, tattooed on my calf. And I hope I will be able to talk about it with my grandkids if I have some.

Another underrated channel to add to my list. Sadly I can't watch all of your videos in one go because they touch on series I need to watch/read, but I'm really looking forward to seeing what other videos you have in store. Your presentation is crisp and your ideas are interesting enough to keep my attention; keep up the good work!

Dude awesome video, I absolutely love Samurai Champloo. Not only is it one of the best anime's out there, but just being able to find out about Nujabes, his godly amazing music, and how his impact is still being felt to this day, is more than I could have asked for in a show.

Thank you so much for this video. Samurai Champloo is my favorite anime and I feel like it’s so overlooked. I really loved your commentary and I’m glad you were motivated enough to create your own art from the show in the form of this brilliant vid. Liked and subscribed 💚

One of my top three animes. The other two are *Great Teacher Onizuka* and *Violet Evergarden* . Violet Evergarden hit me just like Samurai Champloo! These three animes are in a whole different level!

I love both of those shows. I was actually thinking about maybe making a GTO video sometime.

@@NitsuaVids That's a great idea, because most people don't even know that GTO exists, and It's sad. GTO gives us one big life lesson at every single episode!
