The best cedh Niv mizzet parun that I win a lot with is the one from dockside extortionist, think his name was kaos. Dat Jamaican dude did a deck tech with him. That deck is completely insane with its turbo artifact build and people do not have an answer for it with all the free interaction. This version is too slow and too color restrictive with its spells, from what I’ve seen. Niv needs to come down early and have interaction and he just changes the entire game. Love this commander

You can't make Niv comes early enough, it's crazy to run that amount of questionable quality cards just because they fuel Niv. Niv is a slow deck, build it otherwise is a mistake.

Omg this was painful to watch. This deck got a billion times better with jeweled lotus. Basically now we are tutoring for dockside or lotus every game and dropping Niv turn 3 like clockwork and just playing a tempo/control game. Here’s my spicy tech for all Niv fans.. Tempted by the Oriq. Card is GAS!! why it’s not being played by all low color blue decks is completely beyond me
