Protect and guide your small band of settlers to forge a town from untamed wilderness at the edge of the known world. Harvest raw materials, hunt, fish and farm to sustain your advancing town. Very interesting! It truly is a mix of Anno and Banished with a touch of Age of Empires because of the attacks and the darkness around the building areas. Looking forward to seeing more of this also! My two favorite games are Banished and Anno 1800 :D

Couple of questions: Do some animals move off the map during certain seasons? (migratory) Is there a good reason to keep trees and bushes untouched within your town, or will everything within town be flattened? Are there buildings/animations for leasure time? (people sitting around a campfire, playing instruments/games, dancing, etc.) Can you put the camera all the way to the ground and aim it more horizontal, or is it always facing down?

I hope the focus on travel time is less pronounced in this game than banished. In banished, higher population densities were difficult without relying on trade - to too great a degree I'd argue. The ratio between travel times and working times (work tasks are too fast and time is too compressed in banished) being too high increases the focus on distances rather than resource allocation and disaster response. Distance is important but it seems to be the most important factor in banished.

If work to home distances were too high, workers would just live in the work building or camp outside irl (ie during harvest). Should be more of a happiness issue rather than all encompassing.

Ich habe viele ääähh und mmhhhs drinne bis ein Satz raus kommt, bin bei weiten nicht so flüssig beim sprechen. Dafür könntest du was von meiner accentuation abhaben. Habe seit meiner Kindheit einen Freund der mit seiner Familie aus den USA nach Deutschland ausgewandert ist. Ich spreche nahezu Akzentfrei (American) englisch. Genauer gesagt Boston Accent. Die haben so nen speziellen Sing-Sang und droppen die Tonlage am ende des Satzes. Zudem muss man muss um Luft ringen wenn man lange Sätze spricht. XD
