Trade Outpost scenario is good for playing a permanent settlement. The objective of buying the planet is not a big deal. Plus you can have many more people.

I know its not right series but i have idea for new challenge for anno 1800. Hardest dificulty, and no propaganda. Also can be with no dlc and no mods.
