Thank you, this soap has a nice scent and very slick, but me personally, I prefer the scent of Palmolive, which is also a slick soap.

Great video Paul! Our Son this week had his first safety razor shave with his Great Grandfather's Gillette slim adjustable. He is autistic and James has been working with him and was able to use a blade on setting one. James has to shave him but our Son is very excited and loves Skinbracer aftershave! Still loving my Lady Gillette safety razor especially with Poraso Sandalwood shaving cream with my Omega boar brush.

As there is no textured grip to it, it works very well, no issues at all for me.

Razors like the Merkur Futur in chrome with a "blank" handle should not give you any issues even if you have wet hands. Just make sure no soap gets on the handle - it would immediately start getting super slippery. Keep a block of alumn around and slide your wet fingers over it for improved grip.

Is the Nivea shaving cream still available in the U.K.? It is not available in the US. I contacted Nivea directly and they confirmed it is a discontinued product. I was able to find one on eBay. Probably old stock. It is a great shaving cream in my opinion.

The Nivea Aftershave you used is not available as far as I know in the US. There is a different version on eBay for about $20. Interesting these products are so easily available in the U.K. But not the US.

Good evening Paul! Sorry I missed this on Sunday...I was over to my son's place and we grilled beer Bratwursts and cheesed filled hot-dogs plus ice cold Budweiser beer and some semi-dry red wine. Day ended with ice cream in a waffle cone. Anyway, a great shave as usual. I could hear the audio feedback; amazing! Your lather looks so creamy. I like it warm myself. I can agree with your comment on the growth pattern of facial hair and how to reduce/remove without irritation. I have a few troubles spots and face mapping is key to getting the clean shave. That was another superb shave Paul I used my 1964 quater 4 Gillette slim adjustable on setting 9 for the first pass and setting 5 for the last two passes with maca root it was absoulutely superb.💈💈💈💈

Good god. I've been spoiled the last few weeks with Wilkinson Sword Classic blades and really enjoyed every shave. Went back to the Sainsbury's own brand ones tonight, absolute torture. My shaving experiences just went upmarket. I blame you! Haha.

Great shave. Nivea 2 Phase looks interesting. How does the feel compared to Lucky Tiger Aftershave & Face Tonic? Excellent flower arrangement Mrs H (I look forward to the invention of 'Smellyvision' so we can enjoy them to the full.) Paul, have you tried pollinating your pepper flowers with an artists' paint brush, you get far fewer non-producing flowers if you do - just go around your plants like a bee would and brush inside each flower. Thanks Mark, the Nivea feels very much like Lucky Tiger actually, it has that slick/oily feel to it, which is the balm side, and then the aftershave scent....good stuff... I have last week tried to pollinate the flowers, so will see what happens...thanks for the tip too.....Paul.

Kieran if your timing is right you'll get it half price. Nivea seem to sell all their products at 50% off every 4-6 weeks in the supermarkets. Try Super Valu or Tescos. Pay a visit to Knight's barbershop in Stephens Green. Great selection of de shaving products in stock.

Like the intro music a lot! Cleaning: Tooth Paste (must be white one) to fine polish on a toothbrush(super soft) + 96% Alcohol + Water Cleaning new ones: 15 min bath in 96% Alcohol(add some water) + Alcohol wash with toothbrush(few drops of water) .... P.S dont know how that affects on the plastic parts, but works for now.

A great shave cream although I was disappointed recently to learn that you can no longer buy from the supermarket or online .the only place you can still purchase is places like Amazon or eBay .its no longer on Nivea's uk site .Have noticed that Nivea do make a shave cream for the protect and care range ,but to get that you would have to buy via eBay from Germany I think .Wondered if you have had the same issue .Anyway great shave Paul ,great flowers Mrs H .Cheers .

In my country we dont have huge choice of shaving creams...cant find palmolive classic but nivea i can find easy, white or blue packaging...i hope its good and close to palmolive cream...i will buy definately this white nivea cream...im starting to wet shave and i bought wilkinson sword classic razor black... ;-)
