@@ridhaarobertson8013 I can take videos of the macines and equipment I own. I dont provide services unfortunately. But I can encourage you to take it step by step. If no milk is comming. 🤔 can be that there are some small milk pump inside and it has stuck, becouse milk can be sticky. If there is any way try to flush it with water. Let me know how you got on👌

@@MrFixit-vw8kc ive tried taking out the parts and cleaning it manually also running the deacaling process. can it be the pressure release valve

@@ridhaarobertson8013 the coffee preparation and milk preparation should be 2 different processes. If you have no milk then look the way from milk container down to the cup. It is not going through somewhere. If that would be relief valve you would have some milk in the drain tray. I believe the milk container level is not moving once you start the process. This means the milk way is clogged somewhere🤔

@@mariusz_kozlowski the coffee machines are verry simillar. Slight changes in design. The idea for sure can be applied to any other coffey machine as well
