Japan does not enforce testing on foreign talent if they are hired on an entertainer's visa. By the way, if people here [in East Asia] want to smoke weed, they'll go to Bangkok (the capital of Asian weed). It's not enforced there and you'll see a load of people from Korea, Japan, and China there smoking weed. Also, you won't get randomly tested because no company wants to fire their own employees for smoking after they have gotten the job.
