WoW Bravo !!! Well Done !!! Doc Ammar I wish you could fix me, still a train wreck after 45 years(H.S. Football defensive end) six L4,L5,S1 surgeries, on 3rd spinal cord stimulator ...... I eat Pain meds like M&M's(controlled 20mg/day) tons of Tylenol, Advil, Gabapentin, nerve cutting...etc. I want this to end.....63yrs old, forced to S.S.D. can't eat good for health cause of $$$ BlaBlaBla....... thankx for letting me vent and I wish you well with your endeavors !!!! You guys have UR (Manure) together !!!!

Finally had fusion of L3,L4,L5,S1 !! and with SUPER GREAT RESULTS !!! I'm Sooooo Happy now !!!!! Thankx to Dr. Pearson at Dartmouth Hospital in N.H. and the whole team as well !!!! @@davidbailey4466

The common question is do you necessarily need a fusion if you have a Grade one Spondylolisthesis? It does move when sitting up, but not far. Two docs say I need a fusion in addition to my laminectomy and others say I do not. Who to believe?

I have the same situation, and I am choosing the guy who wants minimally invasive without screws or plates. You can't undo something like that. I hope things worked out for you!

@@e-spy I too chose the minimum evasive and while it did help some, it still isn't enough. Ablation two weeks ago to see if that helps. Fusion may indeed be in my future.
