Thanks for the good lecture, however, you should have applied zoom technique to allow viewers see clearly what is written on the board, meaning, the camera should be zooming in and out when necessary. Just a humble observation and contribution. Keep on the good work, remain blessed, very helpful. Regards.

This is the best wound care video I have seen yet! Two requests.... 1. Get a better mic it's very hard to hear you, yet your markers are very loud when you set them in the tray. 2. Can you make a word doc that has this progression, like you have on the board?

I know this video was a few years ago, but did you ever present about nutrition and educating your patients on what to eat/ supplements for wound healing? If they aren’t getting enough protein, amino acids, and calories then heeling is last priority for the body.

Just watched your wound care series and it was super helpful! Nice reminder before I head back on my clinical placement. Will you be doing any more videos any time soon?

Hi Daria, thank you so much for your kind comments. Which video/series would you be interested in seeing in the future?
@dariad.24185 жыл бұрын
@@DermDrNik honestly there is so much to cover it is hard to choose :) I am a nursing student (final year) so anything would be useful! Perhaps management of post-op patients? as in the main complications to look out for, how best to prevent them etc. or else whatever topic you are able to deliver really (not sure as to what is your background in the field)

@@dariad.2418 Thank you for your feedback and suggestions. I am a dermatology resident, and may do more videos in that space. It's good to know people are still watching these and are interested.

@@DermDrNik sorry I wasn't aware that you are dermatology resident but dermatology would be such an interesting topic! Maybe there would be something that would be useful for a nurse when it comes to skin integrity etc.? either way, hope to see your videos in the future whatever the topic it may be :)

Very nice but proprietary names of the dressings, at least one for each type, would help!

a dressing is for turkey,not a wound,bacteria can penetrate 60 layers of gause don't let your dressing spoil your wound
